Video Transfer FAQ:

What if something breaks in transit?
We repair any damaged tape absolutely free if it’s damaged during transit.

How long will it take to transfer my videos once you receive them?
Normally it takes up to two weeks however could take up to a month. Rush orders are available.

How much for shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is a flat $10 fee.

How do I pay once my videos are transferred?
If you provide us with your email address we send you an invoice once your transfers have been completed.

How many feet are in a small super 8 film canister?
There are about 50 feet in a small canister of film.

How many minutes are there in a small canister of film?
Generally they are about three and a half minutes

How much is it per foot of film?
$.21

Do you clean the film before you run it through?
We do however there is a charge of $.21 per foot.

If my film has sound on it is it the same price?
If your film has sound on it then the price per foot is $.42. Please let us know if you have audio on
your film prior to mailing it in.

Video Production FAQ:

How long will it take for me to receive my dvd or Blu-ray after my wedding ends?
Depending on the season it can take 1-3 months as to allow adequate time for editing.

What time will the videographer be there on the day of my wedding or special event?
The videographer will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time for setup.

If I need to cancel or change dates how much advance notice do you need?
We need one month advance notice should you need to reschedule your event.
